Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We take great care to ensure our product images accurately represent the specific bottle and label design you will receive. Please note that for "Barrel Proof" or "Single Barrel" selections, the specific proof or barrel number may vary slightly between batches, but the core product remains the premium bourbon described.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A digital sales receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is confirmed. You can also view your full order history and download PDF invoices by logging into your account dashboard on goodbourbons.com.

How can I return an item?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. If your bottle arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact orders@goodbourbons.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to initiate a replacement or refund claim.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

While we strive to keep our core range of Bulleit, Jim Beam, and Wild Turkey in stock, limited-edition releases and small-batch reserves are subject to availability from the distillery. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to be notified the moment a rare shipment arrives.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship nationwide across Australia using specialized liquor freight services. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses. Additionally, delivery is unavailable to certain "Dry Zones" or restricted postcodes in accordance with local state liquor laws.
